  • Security Services: Offering security personnel, surveillance systems, and other security solutions.
  • Cleaning Services: Providing professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
  • Construction and Renovation Services: Undertaking construction and renovation projects.
  • Interior Design Services: Offering interior design and decoration services.
  • Networking and General Supply Services: Providing IT solutions and general supplies.
3. User Obligations
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use our services in a lawful and ethical manner. You shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Respect for Intellectual Property: You agree to respect all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with our services and those of our licensors.
  • Data Privacy: You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Lite Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.   

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2012.   

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.   

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

John Lite Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
